History

For three generations the Quaquarini family has been involved in wine production.
Today the Quaquarini Francesco’s Biological Farm is guided by Francesco and his sons Umberto and Maria Teresa.
It is a veritable company-wine chain: from the delicate and manual phase of vine and harvest cultivation, the care and meticulous control of production up to bottling and the sale of wine. A family-run business that produces high quality and genuine local wines, guaranteeing an excellent quality-price ratio.
The company, certified organic production since 2002, adopts the grassing technique, ie the presence of a lawn in the vineyard, in the cultivation of their own vines. This is a technique capable of creating a better ripening of the grapes, thus improving their quality and combating the erosive effects of the soil.

An ethical and conscious choice: choosing organic means embracing and promoting a sustainable lifestyle, for oneself and for others, with a view to a better future for everyone. It uses organic fertilizers of plant and / or animal origin, supports biodiversity, does not use technical means of chemical synthesis, supports scientific research using technology to ensure high quality standards of its wines. Moreover, it preserves and respects the rural landscape and guarantees the consumer a variety of excellent wines of high quality, sustainable and good for our health.
The production also makes use of wines without sulphites and in 2017 obtained the BANDIERA VERDE AGRICOLTURA recognition, granted, after careful checks, only to companies that stand out for their production capacity and for the defense of the territory and the environment.
